No. We are a referral service. We do not do lead work, we do not quote prices, and we do not negotiate or sign contracts for anyone.
Who do you refer me to?
Contractors who hold an active California contractor license. You contract and pay that contractor directly.
How do I check a license?
Look up the contractor's license number at cslb.ca.gov or CheckTheLicenseFirst.com. Our page on verifying a license walks through it.
What is CDPH certification?
The California Department of Public Health certifies people who do lead-related construction work. Ask the pro which certification they hold for your job.
Am I committing to anything by sending a request?
No. Nothing obliges you to hire anyone. Any pro sets their own terms and we cannot tell you what they will offer.
Where does my request go?
With your permission, your request is shared with a CSLB-licensed lead pro who may contact you by phone, text or email. You decide whether to hire them.
How fast will someone call?
We cannot promise a time. Each contractor keeps their own schedule.
